This 1 hour and 15 minute Myofascial massage utilizes slow, deep, sustained pressure, stretches, rocking, and more to produce deep relaxation and reduce pain. This signature massage may utilize heat, gentle movement, and, for stronger pressure, the practitioner may use her feet to do the work. Requests can be made for the type of work, depth of pressure, and areas of focus.

Deep, pinpoint pressure is ONLY utilized in specific circumstances and by request.

These sessions work to calm the mind and body, and help you find ways to relax your muscles and mind. Foam rolling, balls, and straps/yoga wall, may be utilized. The goal is to empower you to find lasting relief in between massage sessions.

This relaxing massage utilizes lymphatic drainage, fascial work, and relaxation to help you look your best! Work will be on the face, scalp, neck. And shoulders. 

This massage helps with muscle tone, skin elasticity, circulation, and removal of waste under the surface.

This is NOT a facial. No cleaning or masks will be applied.
This service can be combined with a regular massage, or by itself.

Using Overhead bars and straps, and working with very clean, soft feet, I slowly “surf” your body work out the stress.
Hands are used for parts of this massage, and pressure can easily be varied for your tolerance.

If you like a stronger pressure massage and to leave feeling like a wet noodle, this is your massage!
